Finding portable shelving units for craft fairs can be tough – especially ones that look nice! We’ve rounded up 5 of our favourites that will make your craft market display really shine. Did you know? This is a part of my Craft Market Display Series. Click here to see all articles published published in the Craft Market Series.

After a few years of putting together my own ever-evolving booth, I’ve compiled a pretty awesome collection of shelves, signage and overall finishing touches to help my booth stand out from my competitors. Even still, I’m constantly looking for new ways to up level my booth and bring update it with current trends.

Decor is great – but shelves are functional! Here are a few of my favourites out there right now.

Little Deer Interiors | Free Standing Display Birch Plywood Pegboard

Peg board displays are so hot right now (have you seen our recent 2020 update on market inspiration?!) and I was so happy when I found one that is freestanding! You don’t always have walls to prop stands up against so freestanding displays is really where it’s at. They also make the most darling earring displays as well!

Vertical Ledge | The Belly 3-tiered Curved Shelf

I’ve had my eye on Vertical Ledge for a while now, and these are the shelves of my dreams. These belly shelves are available in a couple different curve configurations and they look just darling as one unit or in a string of 3. Imagine a string of these together to display candles, pottery or bath products!

Vertical Ledge | The Tower Table Top Shelf

Remember when I said Vertical Ledge makes the shelves of my dreams? Then this one is a shelf from the heavens! It’s a three tiered shelf plus a mini wall, all freestanding! You guyssssssss it’s the most perfect market display I have ever seen! I can already see my wood signs gracing the top shelves and my desk blocks all along the bottom ones. What would use this tall shelf for?

Little Deer Interiors | Original Copper Pipe Clothing Rail

While I do not have any clothes in my retail shop, I know many market friends who sell adorable clothes – and you need an adorable rack to hang them on! I know Ikea makes decent white ones, but since copper is really making a comeback, this one is bound to help you + your goods stand out in the crowd!

Windy City Customs | Greeting Card Display Stand

Can’t forget about the card + art print makers! Just because their items are smaller, doesn’t mean they don’t need portable shelving units for craft fairs! This 4-tier display will show off 12-15 greeting cards and you can order custom laser engraving to embellish the bottom of the display with your logo. It easily comes apart and stacks flat, perfect for packing up the car at the end of the day.
