You probably already know that starting an Etsy shop is a ton of work and expenses can add up fast. The best way to get amazing looking product photography right from the get-go is simple – use t-shirt mockups!
There are some amazing (and feminine) mockups available out there, you just need to know where to look. Don’t get frustrated by all the terrible ones – and don’t let me catch you using those ones either! To help get you started, I’ve rounded up a few of my absolutely favourite t-shirt mockups and directly links to where you can buy them. Don’t worry, they are totally affordable, and they all come ready to apply your own designs on in a few quick steps. Edit: If you love these mockups, be sure to view our follow up post with even more HERE.

A Few Tips:
1) Not a fan of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop? Back when I didn’t know much about these programs either, I hired the graphic design work out to subcontractor on Fiverr. It cost me less than $20 (for a whole stack of photos) and was done the next day. Of course, it does depend on your budget, but for me I knew it would take me much longer (and a ton of frustration) so it was totally worth it! They took my designs and applied them on the mockups I provided them with, making minor adjustments to make them look more realistic.
2) Make sure to match up the t-shirt style you intend on using with the one featured in your photography. You want to make sure you are providing an accurate product photo to match what the customer will ultimately get!
3) Want to learn how to create your own collection of branded mockups, so you can save time but still have unique photos (that nobody else will have)? This Creative Live class walks you through it, and if you’re lucky you can catch it on one of their free live streaming days! I’m totally addicted to Creative Live and it’s helped my business grow so much since I started investing in my knowledge and craftsmanship.
